The date the property is listed.

The list date is the effective date of the listing agreement unless another date is specified in writing and signed by the seller. Enter it in this format: MM/DD/YYYY. The year can be entered as two digits (05) or as four digits (2005). Listing information must be entered into the MLS within two business days of the signed agreement.
