The three-digit code that represents the area in which the listed property is located.
Area codes are on MLS maps, which can be purchased through the PRO REALTOR® Shop. Areas are represented by three-digit numeric codes. For example, Area Code 312 includes Placido Bayou and Shore Acres in St. Petersburg.
Incorrect area codes affect the search ability and mapping of the property listing.
