The alpha-numeric code that represents the subsection of the area in which the listed property is located.
Grid codes are on MLS maps, which can be purchased through the PRO REALTOR® Shop. Grids are represented by three-digit alpha-numeric codes. For example, O25 is the grid code for Placido Bayou and P25 and Q25 are the grids for Shore Acres in St. Petersburg.
Incorrect grid codes affect the search ability and mapping of the property listing.
