Lot Number

This field autopopulates when you enter the address correctly and select Public Record Lookup on the short form in the MLS.
The lot number is part of the tax ID information. Verify it through the public records. On system reports, this information appears as part of the tax ID. If the property is new construction, contact the PRO Helpdesk for assistance with the tax ID information. When the system populates this field and it has been verified through public records, record the information on the hard copy of the Profile Sheet.
