The number of square feet that is heated in the home.
When the property address is entered correctly, this information is autopopulated when you select Public Record Lookup on the short form in the MLS. Verify this information through public records. To override the square footage recorded on the public records, type in the new square-footage number and then record the source in the Source of Measurement Status field.
