STR (Section, Township, Range)

This field autopopulates when you enter the property address correctly and select Public Record Lookup on the short form in the MLS.
Section-Township-Range is part of the tax ID provided by county records and is based on the county map. Verify this information through public records. On the system reports, this information appears as the tax ID. If the property is new construction, contact the PRO Helpdesk for assistance with the tax ID information. When the system populates this field and it has been verified through public records, record the information on the hard copy of the Profile Sheet.
