Misspelled street names and abbreviations affect the search ability and mapping of the listing. If the street name is a number such as 38th Avenue, the "th" must appear together with the number. Do not leave a space between the number and the suffix. Examples are 32nd, 21st, 34th, and 23rd.
Best Practice
Ensure that the street name is spelled correctly and is not abbreviated.
If the street name is misspelled, the system cannot link to maps and public records information. Participants and Subscribers may have difficulty locating the listing in their property searches.
