This field autopopulates when you enter the property address and select Public Record Lookup on the short form in the MLS.
The subdivision is part of the tax ID information. Verify this information through the public records. On the system reports, this information appears as part of the tax ID. If the property is new construction, contact the PRO Helpdesk for assistance with the tax ID information. When the system populates this field and you have verified it in the public records, record the information on the hard copy of the Profile Sheet.
