Used to record the percentage or dollar amount of commission, decided by the Seller and recorded in the listing agreement, to be paid to the Selling Broker who is operating as a Buyer/s Agent.

Acceptable ways to present the fee:

• As a percentage - 4%

• As a dollar amount - $2000

• Also acceptable - 4% +/- $5

Note
Brokers cannot charge MLS fees; only the MLS can assess an MLS fee.
