Community Development District (CDD)

Used to indicate in the property is in a CDD. Requires a "Y" if yes and an "N" if no.

There are two aspects to funding a CDD:

  • An annual assessment for operations and maintenance. Controlled and approved by the Board of Supervisors, this portion continues forever.

  • An annual capital assessment levied to pay the bonded indebtedness attributable to the home site. This portion stops at the end of the term of the bond.
